Clinical and morphological features of endometrial pathologies during the perimenopausal period

BACKGROUND: Disorders leading to pathological (most commonly, hyperplastic) processes in the endometrium often occur during perimenopausal period, addition natural changes associated with a physiological decrease function of hormone-producing and hormone-dependent organs.
 AIM: This study aimed investigate clinical morphological features endometrial period.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: We examined 73 women various pathologies. The mean age patients was 47.80.3 (4551) years. All pathologies underwent clinical, functional, endoscopic, examination.
 RESULTS: Endometrial polyps, hyperplasia, chronic endometritis, adenocarcinoma were present 54.8%, 30.1%, 12.4%, 2.7% examined, respectively.
 most common manifestations perimenopause polymenorrhea, acyclic menorrhagia, menorrhagia 42.4%, 39.7%, 27.4% patients, respectively. Moreover, glandular fibrous polyp diagnosed 61.3% polymenorrhea 50% bloody discharge menorrhagia.
 CONCLUSIONS: revealed variety signs, including their absence some cases, as well diversity hysteroscopic women, up detection cancer, confirmed need for both ultrasound screening mandatory hysteroscopy separate diagnostic curettage echo signs intrauterine timely diagnosis adequate treatment.
